Willem is by far the best realtor I've ever used. He was hands on from start to finish and beyond. He still picks up the phone every time I have any questions. He shows up prepared and isn't afraid to put in the work needed. He even negotiated a tenant issue I was having. We ended up getting $55,000 over asking and I can only attribute that to his sales techniques. If you're in the market for a realtor that truly cares he's your man.

I have been jumping from one agent to another in the past few years trying to find someone reliable to manage my property with little to no luck - until I was introduced to Willem last year. Right away, he was able to help me find a new tenant for the vacant unit at the time. He is the WORST property manager I have ever had. Scammed us into a 6 month lease and continuously lied to our faces. Refused to fix a dirty gas line in a fireplace, lied about the location of the unit in the community we rented, told us it was okay to have our dog pee in the community even though it was against rules, all just to get us to sign the lease. Refused to fix a bathroom that smelled like rotted sewage for a year and a half. But the worst was stealing half our deposit, charging us $1200 to paint over a 2x2 ft patch of wall in an old apartment after telling me in person not to worry…

Willem has been my property manager for the last year or so and I’ve had such a great experience with him. Since the beginning he has been there to take care of any needs in the home. When theirs an emergency he is quick to answer and send someone out to solve the problem immediately. Always super kind and reliable. It’s been a pleasure having someone take care of where we live that’s been so caring.
