I'm a relatively new tenant and I've had the pleasure of working with Lisa throughout the application and move in process. She is without a doubt the best property manager I've ever worked with (and I've lived all over the country) and I couldn't be happier with my choice to move here. She's been incredibly helpful, responsive, insightful, and just clearly works super hard to improve/maintain the quality of life for her tenants. Initially, I was hesitant about the application process because it's done through Zillow & I wasn't familiar with it. Now that I've gone through the process, it's actually very easy, simple & efficient. Zillow does the solf credit check & confirm ur identity. Then the info is sent to the property manager for review without any sensitive info. Then a tour is scheduled & if u like the unit, u finish the process & u get the unit, simple as that. Very old school complex. I lived on second floor next to stairs, and the whole apartment shook like an earthquake anytime someone walked up or down. Witnessed many police visits to this complex for neighboring apartments, and homeless diving through dumpsters. There was even 3 shopping carts and piles of trash left on a street corner for months. Dealing with the property management has been the worst part of the experience. I moved out last month. As I went to pay my rent, the property manager told me they don't accept online payments anymore. Only allowed to submit money orders or checks. P…

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve had countless issues with this place, everything from getting my car keyed to my laundry stolen (AND BY THE WAY THERE ISNT A SINGLE WORKING CAMERA IN THE BUILDING. MANAGEMENT IS AWARE AND DOES NOT CARE.) Trash and unwanted items are left throughout the buildings. Gardeners leaf blowing and weed whacking outside your window at 8am. Gardeners also blowing dust and dirt on top of everyone’s cars. BUGS ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE. EVERY CORNER OF THE BUILDING THERES A SPIDER OR COCKROACH OR SOMETHINGGG ITS RIDICULOUS.
