I recently used ziprent for tenant placement services and am glad I did. They were way cheaper than other brokers and the best part is the transparency you get with them. I can login to their website and view who viewed my listing online, of them how many scheduled an appointment to physically see the property. Also the time they came, when they left. Moreever if any applications are submitted they will run credit and backgrounds checks and they only shortlist guys who qualify. Totally worth it!

I’ve worked with ZipRent for a month now. They placed my tenant and everything was so easy and stress free. They took pictures of my rental and posted it. 3 days after going live a had a tenant. They were so good at responding to emails. Very prompt and polite. Very helpful. I’m looking forward to working with them on going to manage my rental property. I would definitely recommend.

I just used Ziprent services for my most recent rental experience. From start to finish, the process was not only efficient but surprisingly enjoyable. All rental documentation is handled electronically through their portal. No more back and forth with PDFs and emails that might work on your computer. It is extremely convenient to manage all info and payments through emails and their portal. This made it super efficient to move forward with the deposit and signing the lease, and so I can focus on better things like packing and relocating.
