I worked with Justin Cullen to purchase my property and have continued with him as the property manager since then. As a long-distance owner, it's been helpful to have someone local to handle tenant communications and coordinate maintenance when needed. He's responsive and takes care of issues as they arise, which has made managing the property from afar much easier. I appreciate the continuity of working with someone who’s been involved since the beginning.
