Zero stars for this horrible landlord. Since 2024 started, the landlord has made my life impossible, even when I pay rent. The landlord gave me the electricity bill 3 months after I moved in, the landlord intimates me with phone calls, they charge late fees even BEFORE they are due, the parking lot is full at night without any reason, communication is awful, they do not answer my calls or emails, and when I call, I only get a stupid voicemail that only says “yes” or “Jess” or something else, and they do not return my calls at all.
