Really bad experience with this company. As an owner, I needed to be involved with all my building's emergencies and issues at all times because they wouldn't respond to tenants or me as an owner at all. Emergencies are to be dealt with immediately, however, they feel they are the ones choosing what's an emergency or not, and completely disregard the tenant's or owner's needs, and therefore they choose to ignore all attempts of communication when trying to reach them. I can’t say enough about how fantastic Nicole was in helping me find my next apartment. She made herself incredibly available, showing me the place multiple times and answering every question I had along the way. Even after I moved in, she was constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. She also did a fantastic job fielding all my questions for the owner, ensuring I felt completely comfortable during the entire moving process. Everything was done in a timely fashion, which I really appreciated.

I met Nicole not that long ago through my search for a new place to call home. I have met with her several times during this period. My experience with Nicole from the 1st meeting was awesome!
