Horrible experience renting from this group of people. They do not like to fix the things that break in there apartment, called the health department bc i had black mold growing in my bathrooms, hallways and near my living room vents nothing got done. My central air/ heat did not work in 2/3 rooms in my apartment and they told me that was not part of my “rental agreement” to fix the central air and gave me a space heater for the heating problem…do not rent

I am so excited for the day my lease is up and I get to move from this horrible apartment building. The laundry facility is a joke, half of the machines do not work. Which unfortunately you will not know until you've paid for the cycle and the machine takes your money but doesn't do anything else. Management has received many calls from myself and other tenants but no action is taken. Half of the apartment will randomly just lose power. I'm in the middle of cooking in the kitchen when the power in the kitchen just goes out. I call the emergency line you're suppose to call when things like that…
