Roaches at 5 Elm Street for years. Not just a few either. There has got to be thousands of them throughout the entire building. Horrible landlord who does nothing about the issue. Two dots of Adivon once a month & she thinks that’s good enough. Unsanitary. Health department needs to come fine these people & shut it down. This has been going on for many years. Nothing is ever done. Disgusting

Maintenance has always been timely and reliable for any and all issues! Main leasing office is also always available for any questions and concerns!

I have been a tenant for almost two years with this company! Aleah is timely and efficient when it comes to maintenance being at your doorstep to fix any issues going on in and outside the property I reside at. She is personable and cares about the tenants and their safety. They also have cost efficient living in this over priced market. Glad I chose them to rent with!😉

Birchwater has been awesome to have as landlords, they make everything so easy. When you have an issue with anything in your apartment they come out and fix it immediately. And their property is really nice we live in a 126 year old historic home in the country side that’s quite large, there are only a few other apartments in the building and our place is very nice. I rented a studio apartment from them 5 years ago, my apartment got cockroachs from the tenants below me I complained & they sent me a notice to leave, they would rather have cockroachs than good tenants, I'm very happy where i live now, my landlord is fantastic

Moved into a unit this month. They did not do the due diligence of making sure smoke or carbon monoxide detectors were installed. I also had to contact them because my shower, toilet, and bathroom sink did not work the first day I moved in. Rent elsewhere. Edit:This company is just a trashy slumlord. Please rent elsewhere. 2nd Edit: I moved in Sunday and I still cannot use my shower or bathroom as of Tuesday. They ignored me all day yesterday when I was asking for a place to stay where I can use the facilities and they HAVENT offered a place for me to stay still. These people DONT CARE about…

Great management! They worked with me got me into an apartment fast ! Only have had one problem since living here in they were right on top of it right away even with it being outside of office hours

I have been in my apartment for a bit over 2 years now and anytime I request a maintenance inquiry, the team at Birchwater is on top of it and very good with communication to address the issue at hand. Aleah and Bridie really are on their game and good at their job, and I always feel assured that they will make things happen, and follow up afterwards.

I rented from Birchwater for a year. I lost my mom and grief slipped me into a depression. I ended up in a hole and had to pick myself up and climb out. Aleah was kind courteous and very patient with me during my time of need. Thank you Birchwater for giving a homeless person a place to live. Thank you Aleah for being human and thank you Birchwater.

I’ve been renting from Birchwater for the past year. My experience with them has been nothing but positives. To start Teresa was amazing from day one. She helped me find the perfect apartment to fit my needs (and my dogs) she was courteous and professional. My studio apartment was freshly revamped and in wonderful condition. Off road parking and the dumpster were huge perks! Their website is very easy to use for payments and repairs. I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience has been. I have and will continue to recommend them in the future.

We’ve leased from them for almost 3 years and it’s been a great experience. From their office workers to their maintenance staff to their fair leasing prices we’ve been thoroughly pleased being one of there business rentals!

I am very happy with Bridgewater Mangagement. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They care about their properties and the satisfaction of their tenants. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in and I have only had to submit one minor maintenance request. The renter ap made this incredibly simple and I was even able to upload photos of the issue. The company responded immediately and made an appointment for that day.
