Completely bad it’s good pricing for rent 55 highland ave but comes with roaches I try to contact them they call exterminator for them but they still keep coming back

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT EVER LIVE OR MOVE HERE . $900 for a BEYOND SMALL STUDIO . on top of that they dont tell you it is INFESTED WITH INSECTS , baby roaches everything. saw a mouse once too! i got right out of there after staying for 4 months once the real hidden nastyness popped up! management is M.I.A ! dont move here

Constant mold n mildew in my bathroom. I've lived here for eight years and not once did they paint, meanwhile my walls are pealing with bubbles coming out my walls. For some reason my refrigerator is rusting on the outside in my kitchen. They cover up problems instead of fixing it.

They come out to fix stuff when you ask

My experience is good overall they work with me pertaining to my rent. If I don’t have the full amount each month, I can make payment arrangement and if there’s anything that’s broken in the apartment, they always send their people out to fix so overall my experience with them over the years good.

We rent for church space and been there for years and are very happy with the place and service when needed thank you for your professional service

As a first time renter, I can highly recommend the agency to anyone whom is looking for an affordable apartments. Best part is that the apartments are well kept. All the agents are very professional and kind. If the apartments need any repairs, the agency will respond to the request and assist with repairing damages as required.

The landlord is very nice but sometimes is tooo busy to get to back to the tenants with questions and concerns

This management company is the best I have ever come accords in my renting journey in Bridgeport, CT . They have staff that are professional , Yet, realistic and have empaty toward tenants’situations such as financial difficulty that may arise like lost of employment ect . Carrena management will work with you to set up payment arrangement if necessary . Their property is Kent clean and safe . I will strongly recommend any property by carrena management.
