This property management company is a joke. We pay an exorbitant amount in association fees for no pool, no amenities, at the very least you would expect decent landscaping. Our lawns have looked this way for 1.5 weeks. We called Tuesday to complain to which they replied “yeah we’ve been getting a lot of calls. Somebody should be in by the end of the week” It is now Thursday and our grass is well over 2 feet tall. Absolutely unacceptable and you should be ashamed of yourselves CM Property “management”

Terrible experience which included lack of communication, them trying to get out of paying for things that are clearly in the by-laws as their responsibility, combative property manager, ignored emails and voicemails. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS.

Taylor Cocchia, Property manager of Original Plumtrees Heights, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is on top of her work, conscientious and knowledgeable and very accessible. Though she manages many other properties, she makes us feel like we are her only client. CM Property was definitely a great find to manage our property

Our property manager, Alyssa Sniffen, does a great job for our large condo complex. She is responsive, tries to resolve any issues or provide information. She comes to the property regularly and meets with residents. When someone is difficult or worse, she treats them fairly and professionally. Her insurance background gives her another dimension of understanding condo issues. She is friendly, competent, and intelligent. She is conscientious and hard-working.

Taylor has been very noledegable and efficient in responding to all the needs of the blackrock codos requests.

Called them to handle low voltage coming into the condo. They called their own electrician. Confirmed to me that if it is something outside of the condo, if it is in the common box, they would pay for it. Now it turns out that I am responsible for the service call. I would have used my own licensed and insured electrician that is much cheaper. Now I am stuck with paying a much higher electrician bill. I feel the way it was handled is improper, I was not told ahead of time that I will be responsible for the bill, and I did not have a chance to use my own electrician. I was forced to use the ass…

Office staff namely the one person who I will not name is rude when she answers the phone, this company I feel dose not work for the people who live in the complex but just dose what the board tells them to do. Which I feel is disgusting. I could go on but just not worth it anymore 😕 😪
