As President of my condo I have frequent contact with the staff at CREM. I have found over the years that they are professional and helpful. Leanne Shoop is our property manager and she always researches our documents before she gives advice.Her emails or letters to the owners are right on the mark. It is not easy to satisfy 98 unit owners all the time. In addition to Leanne the owner Alyssa and bookkeeper Jessica are right there to help and very pleasant to work with. I do recommend them.
