RUN away from this family owned company. The only ppl living in an Empire is them! SHADY Practices. Owner B. Krygier Lies & tries to Justifiy. Raises condo fees & adds assessments often. Hires lowest bidders, pockets the rest. We get patch work & shotty workmanship. Thin coats of bad paint that wear off quick. We pay salary & Not allowed in office, with covid as excuse. Increases Yearly Budget, done by zoom (he refuses to meet in person) always passes & shouldn't. You'll never get your questions answered truthfully or your monies worth, whatever is wrong somehow "it's your fault". Your condo f…
