This property has been extremely frustrating to deal with. Management frequently sends threatening emails about eviction, even when there is no violation, which creates an uncomfortable and hostile environment. There is a clear lack of consideration for tenants’ well-being. Requests for apartment upgrades are consistently ignored, and maintenance requests take an unreasonably long time to be addressed.
