I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Wyndwood apartments management. During my tenancy, I encountered several issues, but the most troubling were their failure to return my advance deposit and their unjustified charges for the cleaning fees. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the property management treatment of tenants. They failed to treat all tenants fairly and unfairly forfeited our security deposit and fined us at will. To make matters worse, when we vacated the property, they took an lot of time to refurbish the apartment, and then charged us rent for those days. Wynwood apartment property manager was unprofessional and unresponsive to our concerns. We tried to reach out to management and escalate multiple times, but they ignored our attempts.
