They did a good job repairing the unit after a really bad tenant. Just one month and I had new tenants with a 40% increase in rent.

Reviews are necessary, good or bad, so that future clients won't be taken advantage of. Stay away from this company and find other companies to do business, there are other honest and reliable management companies out there. I use Idoni management to assist me with an eviction process. Mr Idoni charged me 3 times more then an average eviction in Hartford/Manchester area. I paid in full, and then I had to beg for an invoice. (That should've been the red flag)!! continuously played in my face when i was a tenant. never responded to emails, calls, or texts. i honestly believe they have a bot or AI responding to texts and emails instead of humans. and of course i couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone for anything ever. all signs pointed to them renting an illegal apartment which i really should report. given the terrible experiences everyone has had with this company and their carelessness with tenants, i'm leaning towards making a report. i vehemently urge anyone to NOT use this company whatsoever. you may feel like they are your only option, but…

Craig is the man. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have a good apt hunting experience. I chose not to rent because maintenance was lack luster but Craig did all in his power to get them to cooperate. As far as management goes they/Craig did great but the owner and maintenance are horrible. I give Craig five stars but everything else is a zero.

The landlord who owns the property I live in use this company to manage his property being that he lives out of state I must say since they have taken over everything has been awful they don't come and shovel the snow they don't make sure that the appliances are right they don't change out the boilers as they're supposed to they don't do anything that they should be doing for the property to look good and for the tenants to feel comfortable living here however they do make sure they collect rent but they don't do the things they are supposed to do This company makes management companies look b…

Horrible Management Group!!! Left myself and my 93 year old grandmother without essential services (heat/ hot water for 16 days then an unsafe shower for over a week afterwards) for 25 days. Never offered substitute accommodations/ rent adjustment anything at all. Only apologized after the City Building Inspector came and did an inspection and violated the property on several issues. They do not care who ever their “technicians” are, are unprofessional and do not make emergent issues a priority. The company overall does not respond in a timely manner and they do not care. They never showed up for a showing. Made us come back the next day. They never respond to maintenance request. Summer just ended and they never once came to cut the grass. They are now entering apartments without warning. Don't work with these people. We are breaking our lease since it's been impossible working with them.

Do not rent with this company. They will take your money and neglect you like no other. Barely any form of solid communication. Won't get a security deposit back. We left at the end of our lease and they continued to charge us rent after they acknowledged we moved out.

I love Michael was verey professional and his atención to all questions I was asking. Thanks Michael 😊. I love the apartment.

Micheal was professional and efficient at answering any of my rental questions and concerns and provided a detailed tour elaborated on heating and cooking supply, parking arrangements, storage areas and laundry hookup location. Michael has a very friendly yet professional demeanor thanks for all your help!
