I run a property management company and have to say Sam, the owner of Ironclad, is one of the smartest property managers and business owners I've met! He has a defined process for everything, including hiring great staff that performs well for their customers. Sam is a wealth if knowledge; you're in good hands with his company.

I will agree with Mike Weed 100% I do not know who is writing reviews for them because ironclad is really not good. no contest!!! this company is FEE CRAZY. They charge the landlord a certain number amount of fees and they charge the tenant a certain number amount of fees. Impossible to get in touch with someone . Each person you contact will tell you to contact someone else . I have a new born baby and this winter the power went out due to something in the basement blowing and this company wouldn’t answer nor reply to us or the electric company . This is the absolute worst management company I’ve ever experienced . We rented a house for 4 years and they only managed the house we lived at for the last year out of the 4 . They never once seen the condition of the apartment prior to us living there . We left the apartment exactly how we got it and. When we moved out they charged us $40 to install a new shower head . $70 in light bulbs for what reason I have no idea when all the lightbulbs worked . Very unprofessional, I was skeptical after reading the negative reviews, and was warned by a property owner who had recently dropped their PM services to look elsewhere. Communication with them is a joke. If you’re a tenant looking at one of their listings I strongly recommend looking elsewhere or finding a owner/landlord direct listing.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this Property Management handles urgent maintenance issues and tenant concerns. I am current a tenant at one of their properties I have been without power in my unit for multiple days, and despite repeatedly reaching out, I was told they were “waiting for landlord approval” before sending an electrician. This is completely unacceptable! especially in freezing conditions where lack of heat and hot water becomes a serious health and safety issue. I am currently a tenant at one of their properties and I’m extremely disappointed. This is the second snowstorm where no one has come to shovel the walkway, clear the driveway, or put down salt. Our property has stairs, and I nearly slipped and fell because nothing has been treated. I’ve called, emailed, texted, and even submitted an emergency maintenance request with no response. Good afternoon. I just moved into the property at 54 Locust Street in Bristol last week. I had a problem getting my washer hooked up. There was a leak. I have changed my review to one star to reflect the illegal and unethical practices Ironclad Property Management operates under. If you are considering renting from them, be aware of how they treat their properties and their tenants' safety. Management (specifically Ariel and Joshua Bernard) ignores tenant communication regarding serious safety and legal violations. I had to contact the town inspector to get them to comply with basic housing standards. I have rented through Ironclad Property Management for two years. and have found it to be a pleasant experience. During that time they have replaced the concrete steps, reroofed the building and helped with my A/C. Their contractors have been good. Anthony Castillo and Carlos Gonzalez have been very helpful.

I love living in my place, its clean and everything was brand new when I moved in. Anthony is great and easy to get in touch with, with any issues at the property management company.

The meld was completed within three days and the gentlemen Jose sent to do the work was very professional. Jose was also able to answer some additional questions I had regarding since other repairs which was greatly appreciated.

Update Feb 2026: Ironclad does not care about their tenants or children. I have a special needs child & they refused to fix our shower when the handle broke. The handle broke causing only boiling hot water to come out & leaked onto my home office ruining my work laptop and personal items. For 3 weeks I had bathe my child & shower at friend’s home due to them refusing to fix it. The only time I received a text or email from them is when I owed them money. I emailed numerous times in regards to renting a garage bay with no response. Accidentally locked us out of our apartment on our agreed move in day and have refused to take action against an urgent pest infestation in our home. If you’re a tenant, be aware of how difficult it is to make contact with the people from this company in spite of how important your situation might be. They’ve been proactive with taking some maintenance concerns, but have been slower to respond during more of urgent ones.

I just rented a condo from Ironclad in Bristol and I've had a great experience. They did what they said they'd do, great experience with Mike who was my contact. It was exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. Happy to recommend them to others!

Jose was so helpful helping me get my sink replaced when the handle broke out. They arrived and changed it and upgraded it to a newer option. It’s also nice that he responds so quickly, i was inly without a sink for half a day!

We have been tenants of ironclad for 10 years. We have never had any major issues with the property or the landlords at all. When there is a routine issue they are prompt to respond and get a tech out here right away with in 24 hours.

Ironclad Property is a great property mgmt co. One of their lease agent Denisse was great to work with. She made finding a home for rent and the application process very smooth. Even after move-in we had a maintenance issue and Denisse was so helpful and fast to respond. The maintenance guy Raymon was very responsive. Thanks so much Ironclad Team. Good Afternoon, I have had a few calls for maintenance over the time I have been living there , one was no pressure in shower and they were prompt and came out and replaced the diverter in shower and also i had a valve in toilet stop working and was running continuously they were out that night and repaired it , thank you i am very satisfied

I moved into a property with Ironclad without seeing the unit and living 3,000 miles away. Initially, I was confused on some of the wording about deposits/security deposits etc. and needed clarification on what I needed to put down and by what dates. Part of that is just differences between norms in different states. The unit was just as shown in the walk-through videos and they supplied me with more than just one key.
