Horrible associates. I have a unit in the complex they are managing and there was some Eversource work for which my tenant needed to move the car and I was never notified until this morning. And the account director Theresa is absolutely horrible she forgot to send to me the note ahead of time and she only did today and when I called to get more info she hopped on the call and was extremely rude and stated I had not done what I was asked to do when there is zero emails from her until this morning.
