The management team always goes above and beyond. They’re very quick to respond to any questions or issues. Will recently helped us with a water issue in our unit and was super quick, kind, and helpful! Everyone here is very professional and knowledgeable.

Worst company ever. After signing my lease before moving anything in took a look around and apartment was infested with mice droppings and a dead mouse and they refused to give me back my security deposit or first months rent after refusing to move my children in here. Stay away!!!

Landon of Cromwell is a great place to live. This is particularly because of the wonderful maintenance team led by Rich and Will. They are very attentive about tenants' needs and concerns and I have never experienced this rigorous level of service in other places!

Recently had Will & Rich work on fixing a few items in my apartment, i.e., washer, bathroom tub, a/c system, and they did a fantastic job. Always helpful, professional and efficient. Thank you for a job well done.

The team over at the Landon is amazing! From the front office of Gabby and Kaila to the amazing maintenance team of Rich & Will everything is perfect. Events, Amazon Hub, dog park, beautiful pool, landscaping is spot on, and overall just a great experience. They know how to ensure the building remains clean, welcoming, and fun!

Living at The Landon in Cromwell and delighted to renew my lease. A beautiful property that is well-managed and well-maintained! Office staff always professional and helpful. Maintenance staff members Richard and William are especially helpful, professional and an extra asset for those living here. As a single person it is comforting to know that these professionals that comprise "Management", make an apartment feel like a true home. Grateful for all that they do!
