I have been renting the apartment with Abe for approximately two and a half years. I have never had any problems with him—he has always been very attentive and generous. He provides prompt service; everything I need is taken care of right away. He responds quickly. He doesn’t bother me with anything, always very honest, very kind. An excellent landlord.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Abraham for being such a great property manager & realtor. From day one, he has been incredibly attentive and professional. Whenever I had a question or needed something taken care of, he responded right away and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. He communicates clearly, treats tenants with respect, and genuinely cares about maintaining a comfortable living environment. It’s been an stress-free experience because of him. I couldn’t ask for better management!

I’ve been a tenant of Abe’s for a couple years now; he’s been great! He’s always available when there is an emergency and quick to make sure his tenants are okay. He makes sure that the apartments are in good shape and that the building staff resolves the issues that need fixing! 10/10!

Abe is absolutely amazing! He’s professional and extremely accommodating to his tenants needs. He’s always available to take my call and answer any questions regarding my unit or the building! I love have a property manager who’s passionate about their tenants! Highly recommended!!!

Abraham is one of the best landlords I have ever known, super respectful kind and attentive, any time I need something he’s always there or send his workers! Always willing to help the tenants on everything we need . For sure one of the coolest dude I have encountered in my path.

Great experience. Abe was very hands on. I love working with an agent that answers the phone or makes sure they call you back ASAP. Also whenever I thought we had a problem Abe had the solution. He is very knowledgeable! Great attitude, excllent relator.
