Mick and Sohaib have been a Godsend in getting my property up to code with LCI and properly managed. Being out of state has its challenges but they have been super responsive and communicative in keeping me updated every step of the way. They have been very patient and attentive to all the issues this property came with. I am Truly grateful for all their help.

We selected Nexus as our property manager from a group of 4 highly regarded companies. We were most impressed with how their services are packaged and priced. We especially appreciated that we weren’t charged miscellaneous fees for getting started. The staff we worked with were responsive, cooperative, and professional. They placed great tenants with us within days of showing the property. It’s obvious that Nexus is well organized with personnel and processes that are meant to provide value to their clients as well as tenants. We could not be happier with our experience.

So far so good with nexus property management. Everything I was looking for in a management they have provided. They are very competitive and reasonable with their rates and services. Do not try to contact the company at all, Why?!!! they start trying to satisfy their customers as much as possible, until they find a good chance to make money out of the Owner. I brought the manager in to the property to inspect it, and ask him directly, what is the total cost for the service, the answer was only the 8%, thats it, to discover on the very first monthly rent the charged me $1200 plus for services, and the manager said I forgot about it, and the worst, the brought a plumber to do work, as simple as replacing a 3feet pipe and then they added their percentage for the bill to becom…

The start of my rental was a little bumpy, however, it had nothing to do with Nexus. The house heat was not working and Mick and his team were as professional as you could get. Mick had this plumber Al on the job that day and within 24 hours, a new tankless water heater was installed. Could have been happier for their responsiveness. Great guy & company! Everyone is always efficient & thorough when I have a question or need help. It’s nice being able to reach out and not have to stress about getting communication back or results. If I move in the future I would absolutely continue to use them if the location allowed.
