Northeast Property Group has done a wonderful job maintaining Winding Hollow Condominiums. Not only does WH always look spiffy, but also, NPG's Chris Myers and the rest of the WH board have managed to keep condo fees amazingly low. One more thought: during the recent blizzard, snow removal staff worked night and day to clear us out, and I, for one, are very grateful for their efforts.

Absolutely worst property management company ever, don’t respond, could care less about homeowners, they don’t have the courtesy or decency to respond to your calls, emails, texts.., Totally unprofessional….

Having worked closely with Northeast Property Group at several of their locations, I’ve seen firsthand how much they care about the efficiency and safety of their properties. My condo complex have been serviced by NPG for the 25 years I have owned a unit here. The property is consistently well maintained and any requests have been handled promptly by the staff.

NEPG is a disappointment. Our HOA is exploring options to terminate their contract and secure a new property management company.

As the president of our HOA at Shaw's Landing I can say that working with Northeast Property Group for the last 5 or six years has been a very positive experience. Our property manager as well as the additional staff have been responsive, helpful and reliable. Our property manager Don has been instrumental in securing and leading a major project regarding the replacement of our entire siding/flashing on our building, and we came in on budget and with a successful result. I am comfortable to recommend them to anyone in search of a property management company.

I have been on the Board of Harbour Towers in New London going on 6 years. Working with NEPG as our property manager has been fantastic! Actually, the way we found them was "word of mouth". Don, our manager, has given us much more time than required and he is always there when something need to be addressed. The crew has had to work in some of the worst conditions, and they just get the job done and never complain. I know about 6 other condo complexes that use NEPG and we ALL are "RAVING FANS"!

They are horrible! I asked for lawn maintenance and my deck to be powered washed it's hazardous for slipping! They said they said they don't do outside structures! And when they mow the lawn! No response!

They manage my building and they are awful at it. I moved into a luxury building several years ago. Approximately three years ago Northeast took over the management of the building. Ever since, the building is on a fast decline and it’s starting to affect the property value. Repairs are done incorrectly, the safety of the building has diminished; the manager does not respond to calls or emails. I look forward to moving out as quickly as possible. Do not use this company.

Though there are plentiful high rating reviews this isn’t one of them. NEPG has been continually disappointing in maintenance of the Thermos on the Thames building. We experience leaks into our condo unit almost every time it rains, we have put in maintenance request and they took over 2 months to take action about it(screenshots attached.) There is minimal effort to prioritize safety of walk ways and parking lot during snow and icy conditions. I’m extremely disappointed with the handling of a serious maintenance issue in our condo complex. The roof has been leaking for about a month now, causing mold, sheetrock damage, and visible deterioration inside my unit. When I reached out for an update, I was told the roof has actually been leaking for years—which is very concerning. It’s hard to understand how a known issue like this hasn’t been properly addressed, especially when maintaining common elements like the roof is a basic responsibility of property management. Extremely unsafe conditions at Winding Hollow Condominiums ran by NE Properties. The parking lot and walkways were left completely covered in snow and ice with no adequate plowing or salting. As a result, people were injured and pets were injured. This was entirely preventable with basic winter maintenance. Management showed a serious lack of urgency and concern for resident safety. ***SECOND UPDATE 2/8/26: Their reply stated they were addressing the issue. They have not. Added a video which starts filming where there SHOULD be a sidewalk, pan to an untouched community sidewalk, and ends with the mailboxes being uncleared. An owner cleared the path that’s shown. This is 23 hours after snow stopped. I found a different snow removal company that would take us on and passed the information on to NE Properties, but they have taken no action. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I step into the office.

Lived under Northeast Property Group for years now and we love it. Excellent building, clean and presentable apartments, quick to come to our aid for anything gone awry, always friendly and professional. Could not ask for better management and owners for our home.

After our last winter storm, Brant, we didn't even get snow removal. According to my lease (paragraph 1.6 and 1.7)NPG, as my landlord, is responsible for snow removal and landscaping.

Weird how they're so on top of replying to these comments but you can't get an answer out of them for weeks when you have an actual issue..Worry more about your clientele and you wouldn't have to worry so much about combating bad reviews! You do know there's no way to respond to your replies on here right? I would love to escalate this to the owner if anyone would ever respond. I'd be happy to post screenshots of all of my calls, e-mails, and messages that were never replied to if you'd like? Or the ones where it took 3 weeks and 4 requests to repair my broken stair after the first response .…

The comments below are based on my 15 years of first hand experience residing on a property managed by Northeast Property Group. The property is run very well. Everything seems to happen automatically with very little interaction required by the residents. All the maintenance that is required just happens. We receive timely notification for everything from pressure washing to when weed killer is put on the lawns. In 15 years I made one request to have a broken parking lot light repaired. It’s been a pleasure working with Scott from North East Properties Group. This is my first time renting a house and he’s making what I thought would be stressful very easy. He’s always available when needed and very open to bouncing ideas to get the best product and how some fine tuning should be done. If he’s not available he’ll communicate and let me know when he is.
