This is our 4th month since signing on with Linda at Oceana Properties. We were in desperate need of a good management company. Linda and Oceana has brought knowledge of HOAs, contractors and the typical knowledge base needed of a management company (something many are lacking). In addition she has an amazing balance of kindness, compassion and aggressiveness to get the job done. She has already gone above and beyond to help our community! I am sure I will leave more positive feedback in the future as well. If you need a new management company do not hesitate to consider Oceana!

Linda has gone above and beyond to address any issues that have come up. She sends out maintenance right away, you do not need to wait weeks for someone to show up. It has been a pleasure working with her and her efforts are truly appreciated. We are lucky to have her managing our Condominiums.

Linda and her team at Oceana just took over as Property Managers at my condo complex and wow - I could not be more impressed! She immediately replied to my first Maintenance request about ice dams and had people out the next day to address the issue! We've had a few management companies over the year and responses were few and far between. I've never gotten such quick replies and assistance. I would highly recommend Linda!

Linda is absolutely Amazing!!! She is caring and the most efficient person. No bs and gets the job done!! We were devastated when tree fell on roof. She was right there to take care of everything. I would not be able to keep my investment property without this team. Linda successfully negotiated a long overdue 10% bump in rental income to account for rises in condo fees, and she managed to get the condo association to replace decking outside the unit at their expense.
