I do not recommend this company to manage buildings, Huntington condominium is falling apart and they’re not doing anything to fix it.

I could not be more pleased with Kevin Dzikowski and his team. This is the most information I have ever received about Success Village and what is going on. The absolute WORST! I’ve been in my Apt for about two months now. The amount of issues I’ve faced in just two months is ridiculously insane. I’m about the point of breaking my leases. I’ve sent emails to whoever is in charge of my property no response for about a month. I called, come to find out the person I was i contacting is no longer in charge of my property. Where was the communication for that? Ok, they informed me about the new person in charge, we emailed for a bit one morning, then that person vanished into thin air. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had the worst experience with this “management” company from the first month I moved into my apt. Not even sure how they claim to manage said property being they are never actually at the property. The communication and follow-up are lackluster. They do absolutely nothing when you make complaints, specifically noise complaints. Mark Leiberman and Kevin Dzkowski are super condescending, dismissive and blatant liars. It’s an absolute NO for me and I would not recommend AT ALL!

These people are lousy they come in supposably to manage the place you make a noise complaints to them they do nothing they can care less about the contract we have they don't enforce it or care to but the first thing they want to do is ask for more money at the same time giving you less service than you had with the other people that were here these people they are all about money they care less about the people everyone here it's just a deposit for their bank accounts every month the only thing that's on the Mark here is your bank account every month they get the gold mine you get the shaf…

I live at Success Village in Bridgeport. On the Mark came in and completely turned our community around only to have someone run for the board, take over "change management" and run us into the ground. On The Mark Management has been brought back to save our community for the second time,,,

Do not use this company. Employees are extremely unprofessional, specifically a man named Thom. He has screamed at me over the phone, hung up on myself, my neighbors, and is very unorganized and unresponsive. He did not want to fix the mold in my condo due to an exterior leak. It has taken over 8 months to be fixed only after he got SEVERAL complaints from myself and my neighbors.
