Madelyn and Noami are very professional and on TOP of their game. On point. Very attentive to the properties managed by P&P.

Do not rent from these people. When it's time to move, they will charge you for damage you did not do and try to rewrite tenant laws to fit there needs. The foundation is failing thus the complex is shifting which would cause windows to crack. They minuplate before pictures to fit the narrative to justify charging you. Lesson learned. ALWAYS TAKE YOUR OWN BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES.

I rented from them for 8 1/2years, paid my rent timely every month, barely called for maintenance issues even though there were constant issues at our apartment and we barely got a security deposit back. They charged us $150 for a hole in a closet door that we did NOT do but because I have a new phone the old pictures from when maintenance came and had to fix door bc it wouldn't stay on the hinges we get pinned with having to pay for the damages.
