My condo uses this management company and in 5 years I have needed to contact them twice for emergent issues and NEVER can get a call back or email back EVER. Totally unprofessional. This company has a bad reputation and now I personally see why.

Palmer opened the pool at Breezewood on Memorial Day...just as they always do. Then they shut the gate and put a chain and padlock on it and won't allow anyone to use the pool in 90° weather because they want people to volunteer to sit out there all day. People pay HOA fees for a pool that people were paid to come clean yesterday and owners and tenants only get to look at it. Hey Palmer...why don't you get your people to go sit at the pool because you're being paid and no one has time to be sitting out there for 12 hours a day for free? They’ve got us staring at our pool at the end of June because they can’t find someone to “volunteer” to watch it for FREE. Suck at your job much? Theres never been a life guard here there’s signs that say “swim at your own risk”. -Breezewood condominiums

Thank you so much for following up on our issue. Jack and his crew did an excellent job on all our repair work. He kept us in the loop during the entire project. He told us exactly when the crew would arrive. The crew told us what they were going to do each time they came. They were very neat and polite. Jack would go over each days work with us to make sure we were pleased with the work. I am in the trades, and this is one of the best crews I have had work with me. They came in and replaced our previous management company that put our complex in rough shape. So far they are very nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Hope this keeps going in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Doug with Palmer property management. We used to have another property management that was not responsive not very communicative and it was very hard to get anything done. With Doug at Palmer he is so responsive. He cares tremendously he’s always available and reliable. He have his guys come out immediately if things needs to get done. My first time interacting with these “professionals” and highly disappointed they are the new management. It wasn’t even 2 min of me speaking to Lisa over the phone before I was rudely cut off and spoken over, could not get my question or concern out. As a property owner this is unprofessional especially for our first interaction. Frustrating to say the least.

Any HOA considering doing business with this company (or any company really) is encouraged to first do a full background check, civil, criminal and financial on the property management team and see if and/or why they may have have been fired or removed from managing any properties before. Don’t just check their references. Talk to board members and unit owners on the ground in the communities they manage. Check how the managers communicate and treat the property owners. You also want to check the level of contractors they use, and the work those contractors do on those other properties. "cave…

This is my first experience with an HOA and now I see why no one likes them. They do not care about the residents they are meant to serve, all they provide is underwhelming grounds maintenance and lip service. My room has been flooding for 50 days ever since March 6th. I called Evie and it took weeks for someone to get down here. They came and said there was a massive hole in roof and that’s why it’s leaking. Living in condo for 8 years and recently needed inside work done due to a ceiling leak which also caused water damage to wall. Lesha from Palmer Property was so quick and efficient with getting my repairs done for me. By far the best experience I had with condo repairs! Would highly recommend this management company especially Lesha!

This is the greatest property management company that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their response time is so rapid…I’ve never had to wait for a response.

Leshea Wilson is AMAZING. She is so friendly, helpful and responded to my questions so quickly! I had some things pop up on the Friday before the holiday weekend, and she was kind enough to call me back on her way out the door. The number on Google was incorrect which is why I wasn't able to get ahold of them, but it has been updated and I was able to get a work order in and they have a plumber looking at the issue today. Looking forward to the water pressure issue to be resolved!
