I have to leave a review for Maria who helped me find an apartment and worked with me and made sure I was happy with the place. She was always very responsive and helpful. 🙌🏼
I would give you a 0 but that's not possible so I give you a 1. management is abysmal. no contact info anywhere for local property manager's office. the building is what you expect in hartford but the properly managers make it so much worse. these guys suck, dont live here.
STAY AWAY FROM ALL THE BUILDINGS BY THIS PROPERTY GROUP AT ALL COST! Staying in 266 Pearl Street - Metropolitan Apt and it's been a nightmare since day 1! Everything is broken and no one cares about people living here! I chose to stay here since the rent was cheaper compared to others and apartments looked nice but I regret to that decision every single day and counting my last months here. Save money on some other things but stay in nicer building that actually fixes stuff or don't have everything BROKEN.
