For me as far as property managers I was fairly unhappy. the good part is they did collect the rent and that part went fairly smooth. The communication with us as to how and when inspections occur was limited and we only received an actual report after repeated requests. When there was an issue that was found to be in need of repair the communication was send along to make us feel that if we did not approve the repair in the next 24 hours it would be treated as an emergency and we would be billed accordingly. Rented at Willow Springs in New Milford, and it was a nightmare. Recurring mice in the kitchen (no warning before lease signing), constant noise from upstairs neighbors, and an AC that didn’t work half the summer. The apartment is poorly insulated, driving my winter electricity bills through the roof, and management’s “solutions” were always cheap, temporary fixes. Paid $2,200/month on time, living with a toddler, constantly worrying about health and safety. Only 2 stars because they handled minor issues like a toilet leak quickly. I would never recommend this company.

Rented from Pro Property management in NB. This was my first apartment at 21yo pregnant with my first child. Damion was the person who helped me with everything. I gave him my paystubs and he charged me 2400 to move in because he "saw my paystubs and knows i can afford to pay that much". The rent was only 995. Not even a month into the apartment i begin to see mice everywhere. i called them and they said they would send pest control which was only them putting down traps outside and not trying to fix the holes. From scheduling a viewing through picking up the keys and beyond, Tony has been responsive and easy to work with. Any concerns I've had have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Karen then followed up with me after my first week to see how my experiences have been so far and to make sure I knew the best ways to get in touch with them should any need arise. I'm loving the apartment and Pro Property Managenent has made the whole process very positive and pleasant.

Amazing experience from searching for the right unit to follow up after move in and everything in between. Damion and Karen are the best! So helpful and made my move across the country so much less stressful than I thought it would be. Highly recommend!

Shelly is super responsive, proactive, and helpful. I am a first time renter and she has alleviated so much of the process for me. I could not get insight from the landlord/property manager and she was very quick to jump in and direct all of my concerns. SO much appreciated!
