Marc and Rich were very communicative and helped me take on an investment property which had a previously established tenant. They streamlined processes and made my life easier. Something that helped set them apart was having bilingual staff who could correspond with my tenant.
I began working with Rick and Marc about 10 years ago. Our rental properties in Waterbury, CT that had been managed by another person, were run into the ground. Rick and Marc spent over a year rehabilitating them and managed to restore them to the original good state where we had waiting lists of potential tenants. Rick and Marc have been very easy to work with in all situations, whether attracting reliable tenants thus minimizing the turnover and the associated expenses, or dealing with a hoarder and renovating the unit which he nearly destroyed. As a former homeowner, I was hesitant in the leasing process. I have been leasing with both Marc and Rick for the past 4 1/2 years. My rental is top notch! They are a quality team who service their clients. Any maintenance or issues I had were solved quickly, usually the same day. Always kind and respectful and they answers texts and emails immediately. I highly recommend them to anyone who is buying or leasing.
Marc and Rick did a fantastic job all-round for me under challenging circumstances. 1. They managed two of my properties, and I never had an issue all the time they were managing them for me 2. They flawlessly handled the eviction of a problem tenant who had been a thorn in my side for some time. 3.
