Biancas group is excellent in working as a management team. I hired them because the people in assoc didn't seem to think paying for their fees monthly is important. Bills have to be paid. They were who I chose to help me as president (at the time) to pull the mess together I am thankful for this group.

Bianca is one of the most knowledgeable property managers I know. She delivers impeccable and honest service. She tells me where I should spend to improve, what is necessary and what is just a bonus. Her expertise and reliability have proven to be a need in my life as a property owner. Don't waste your time looking at other managers or trying to do it yourself - trust me.

Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had as a tenant. I had squatters living in the basement below me and told maintenance twice last summer before anyone seemed to listen, I was finally relieved when a safety device was put on the window to prevent more squatters, then later they told me they had to no record of any it. After many weeks of asking, I still have no idea who put the grate on the basement window, or if someone is coming back.
