Summit Property Management LLC Reviews

I’m not sure who gave positive reviews must be employees, family, or friends. There’s no way people that have used summit can give a good review on anything whether it’s maintenance, response, paperwork, professionalism or anything bad in every area. In my former complex there were only complaints and not one person had anything positive to say and I asked why don’t we remove them but no one was motivated enough. I have had many issues, but others had more and worse. If you are actually considering this company do real research on actual owners and don’t go by reviews, especially the good ones…

Worst Management Company EVER!!!! There staff is rude, they overcharged for no reason, hangup in the middle of the call or just put you on hold and they love to argue instead of finding the solution. Let alone, they have not provided the financial statements for several months now. If you love to argue and would like to waste your time and money, hire them!

This is by far the most unprofessional, rip off, and total scam of a company ! First off I have never seen them accomplish anything correctly. I don't quite know what they charge for because they do not manage anything other then charging associations outlandish amounts of money for nothing. Vic is untrained and a scam artist ! They don't actually get anything done. God forbid you actually call and expect to get the services you pay for every month ? You got a nasty response. I've never seen Vic do a walkthrough as he claims he does after a service is performed ? They're totally unprofessional…
