This management company assumed responsibility for the building I was living in .. I had a deposit that I am remember to be $1,000+, as the deposit was greater than the money order limit at the post office. Unfortunately I am not local to the area & was just here temporarily for work - when I expressed to staff that my deposit was greater than the $500 they reported to me, they said they will need proof of such which is completely understandable, but when I showed my bank statement to them from the day I moved in they stated they need more details ,,, like the time is correlate and the transac…
I been living here at 18 Walker Rd and enjoy my apartment n my neighbors mr konover was a great guy always friendly 🙏🙏
At least 2 Stars because they have beautiful properties. BUT, If they make a mess, negligently cause infestation or generally inconvenience you then it will be your problem/financial burden to solve. That has been my experience.
