The location in Fairfield is beyond beautiful!! It had everything we needed and was 15 minutes away from anywhere we would want to go. I rented the property for my sister’s bachelorette and it was intimate enough that we could enjoy each other’s company, but big enough that we all had our own space at night. Dear Greg I want you to know that unbundled is very un fair to tenants I was told the lease was to be ended without any warning I did anything wrong or to fix said things wrong just told about renovations when I asked that's fine I have no choice so when i have to get a 2nd job during move out and as soon as I paid the rent for June I began to be harassed about measuring floors and half way thru the month I was harassed about walk thru I told my landlord so it would stop he said the walk throug could be days after the 30th my sister waited till the very last minute and continued not to take th…

I had some water damage to my ceiling and flooring. I was taken care of every step of the way and received great communication back while in the process of getting these repairs. The work was well done and looks like I had no damage whatsoever.

The home we stayed in was beautiful and well-maintained but what we found particularly impressive was the responsiveness of the property manager! Greg was so incredibly accommodating. Messages were immediately responded to, even late in the evening on a Friday. I was so impressed with the entire experience.
