The experience with Vesta Corporation and 55 Fifty at Northwest Crossing has been very disappointing. Resident accounts locked based on allegations that were never properly investigated, making it difficult to pay rent through the normal system. Even after making payments by money order, the issues continued Vehicle was broken into on the property, and concerns were dismissed by management. It is shameful that I sent an email to the property manager on November 6 reporting the constant noise coming from the neighbors above my apartment, and a month later they take action against me instead. The neighbor has no control over her children, who are constantly jumping and running at all hours. They even use a vacuum cleaner at 9 p.m. or move furniture late at night. So if I hit the ceiling out of frustration, I am the one at fault? And now the property manager sends a hostile and distasteful letter. Ms.Taylor is one of the best part of this community. She is always has a smile on her face. She’s super helpful to all the residents, and she is amazing with all the kids in area. She’s always making sure the kids have supplies for school. Along with feeding the community with her food bank and helping with clothing for those who don’t have. My family and I wouldn’t have been as blessed without her. She’s a gift from god, if y'all ever lose her. The community events would never be the same. She pours her heart and soul into everything she does.

I live in an amazing community in SE Washington DC. Everything here is tip top shape except for the point at which Vesta Corporation comes in. Perhaps it's our zip code and it's corresponding demographic information that they use to justify sending us the worst of the worst of their corporate champions as our property manager. Nicole is a very dishonest and untrustworthy person, whose qualities are not suited for federally funded, supportive housing programs. The staff is very helpful at Edward Sisco. This is the best management. Christine the RSC is excellent.

I am very happy with my landlord. The staff do their Best to keep te place clean and comfortable.

This Company Is Trash, No One Answers On Property Nor In The Corporate Office. I Don’t Recommend This Company. They Do Everything At Their Convenience.

If your apartment complex is managed by this company, prepare an attorney! This company is a joke and needs to be shut down by how neglectful they are when it comes to solving problems they ignore. Court papers seem to be the only way to get ahold of anyone here.

Horrible management they don’t exterminate all the apartments they pick and choose which one they want to terminate the manager never in the office to pay rent or to complain about anything or fix anything it is terrible all the way around The building was almost on fire and no one did anything, not even the manager, and I never caught the person who did it, but everyone knew who it was.

Vesta Corp. wanted the rent but ignored simple maintenance requests from my 70 year old aunt in a 62+ apartment complex in Maryland.

Absolutely the worst!! You can never get anyone at the corporate offices via phone EVER!! I emailed them several times, including about my falling down the stairs when we had no elevators for over a week. I was healing from a knee injury and now I have to have knee surgery. I have had my work equipment stolen which caused me to lose my job. Things in my unit still have not been fixed. Not to mention the outbreak of bedbugs and mice the building had, and I had to throw all my furniture away due to another tenant. Not once has anyone reached out to me and I am pissed off.

I have filed a complaint with TDLR - Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TOW20240009180) due to Texas code violations by a company you have hired Interstate Towing. They are continuously taking advantage of tenants, by overcharging, taking our vehicles beyond the 20 mile limit stated in the Texas code, and other violations. It is ridiculous that for an expired parking ticket (4 weeks) we end up paying (in my case) $316. Quite clear that Vesta Corporation doesn't really care about the well being of their tenants. Raven CORNEY (Area regional manager) is by far the worst person to ever do business with. This monster is in charge of four apartment complexes here in San Antonio. The apartment that I was renting on Palo Alto had issues with the AC being broken for more than 3 months with no one even offering to put units in my window during the summer time. It was infested with roaches and no pest control. The apartment complex was overrun with homeless people trying to break into units. The gates have been broken for years and never fixed which was an easy access for these homeless people. I brought it to …
