They provide us with constant updates. When we had a tenant churn they made sure it was a seamless process to find new tenants for us. Once, our tenants requested repair to an appliance, Ziprent took the lead and got quotes from handymen for us, they made an appointment with the tenant and got it fixed. We didn't have to lift a finger! We are very satisfied with the service we receive and would recommend this business.
