Chuck was very thorough and responsive to all of our requests. His reporting is very precise and helpful especially all of the photos he sends with each report. While more expensive than our earlier home watch services, we felt the extra cost was well worth it. Bottom line is that he does more for the homeowner. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Chuck’s service and plan to continue using him into the future.

We bought our home in Osprey during Covid, so it was almost a year before we were able to move into the house from out of state. During that time, we hired Chuck Mazza and Advanced Home Watch to keep an eye on our house. During one visit, Chuck discovered a water stain on a ceiling, which was caused by a leak in the tile roof.
