Connie Farmer has been very helpful helping me deal with the ARC REQUEST for my property in the Bridgewater Community in Bradenton, Fl. I had been trying to get a a water issue resolved for over a month. She helped me expedite the process and got it approved today. I am so grateful for her time and efforts with this application!

Just went through a renewal of our HOA contract with AMI. Found that they provided services above the competition. Especially appreciate the property manager assigned to our account, Mitsy Bures. They have provided excellent service and assistance.

The relationship with Plantation Lakes and AMI seems to be in good shape. We really appreciate our liaison, Misty. She is Top Notch!

Our HOA community has been through some trying times with management companies over the past five years, but we have finally found a good one in AMI. my fist time deal with an HOA management company, I think they suck. I filled out the autopay on my first payment stub paying for the year. they didn't set it up then fined me year later When i called they denied having paystubs i could of sent then. So i sent a picture of the book i had. She said that doesn't prove i did it. Calling me a liar then saying she didnt work here last year. Then i get a snarky 2nd notice email never receiving the 1st. Silver Lake Community HOA is horrible. We moved into this community under the premise it was gated, safe, and solicitor free, but after numerous idiots have broken the gate arm that raises and comes down after the metal gates open, instead of just having a metal gate that will detour poor drivers from breaking the useless flimsy gate arm we have been waiting nearly 2 years for "bids" according to Eric while every budget we see a small increase in HOA dues. "Smoke and Mirrors Management Company" is a more appropriate name. In my opinion the issues stem from the top of this company heavily influenced by our local board that hired this middleman. I'm also pretty sure any positive reviews are fake to offset the negative ones. There is no effective way to solve issues in any semblance of a timely fashion. I had notified the management company that my stepmom passed away and that as soon as I was appointed personal representative of her estate that dues and storm damage assessment would be paid after being granted access to their bank accounts. AMI had a lien placed on the property! I live in Creekwood and it's a great community The only downfall is we have AMI managing our HOA. They lose payments send out payment coupons late so now we have late fees and their representee at the meetings is very rude and unprofessional. I'm hoping in the near future we as a community can vote to find a new company and get rid of AMI

Living in the Meadows is a wonderful place to live. My biggest negative was AMI as our property management company and the property manager J. Thankfully our board fired AMI after years of slow service and questionable decisions. I’ve read the negative reviews and agree with their comments. Do yourself a favor and make sure to do your research if considering AMI.

It's hard to begin describing how absolutely terrible the group of individuals who work here are. As a resident living in one of their communities, I am not shocked to see others who have reviewed here discuss similar issues in which I have experienced. No one in the office cares much about assisting community members with anything. On a weekend we were having an emergency and I was able to reach our Community Association Manager. Eric Hagar called me back within a few minutes after calling AMI after hours. He insured me that a work order was created. He called me back the next day to let me know an update on my emergency. I am happy with the customer service AMI provides to its members. Thank you.
