From the booking process to check-out, everything was seamless, organized, and exceeded our expectations. We were truly impressed with the attention to detail, communication, and overall quality of our stay. We stayed for 8 nights at Villa Krystal Siesta Key, rented through AirBNB. Communication from Altez was great from start to finish. Anytime I sent a text with a question or concern, it was immediately answered. They were familiar with the property and gave us a late check out to accommodate our flights. Great service. Would absolutely rent from them again.

I rented a beach condo through VRBO and was surprised it was managed with this company but the instructions provided ahead of time, availability for support on nights/weekends and ease of communication showed their professionalism. No complaints and would certainly recommend using.

Great host and great place to stay! We definitely plan on returning.

My girlfriend and I spent Memorial Day at one of their properties in Siesta Key FL. I would just like to say the property was so nice, clean and decorated really well. Also they were so responsive when it came to a few questions I had. I will absolutely be seeking them out again on Air BNB for future vacation and travel stays.

We stayed at 1010 point of rocks on siesta key and it was a great experience. Very comfortable and had everything we could need. Everything was clean and we would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay. They were all super responsive and communicated quickly to questions. Our house “Coastal Chic” was perfect! Had everything we needed for our month long stay. Hope to go back next year.

We spent 5 nights in one of Altez Vacation rentals by Siesta Key Beach access #13. The rental was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our vacation. Altez made our trip stress free by communicating the process throughly. We would definitely rent from Altez again. We would recommend booking directly though them to avoid fees.

Had a wonderful stay. Home had everything we needed for a great vacation including beach & pool towels and everything we needed for the beach. Very close walk to the beach and local restaurants. Definitely would stay here again for my trips back to Siesta Key!!

Altez was very responsive and the descriptions and pictures were very accurate. Location was great and cleanliness and house supplies were well stocked for our week here. Would definitely recommend.

The property (Jamaica Royal Siesta Key,FL) was nice & clean. It had everything we needed plus more including very comfortable beds. The towels were even very soft. We loved how close it was to the beach & pool. We were able to sit out on the huge balcony to enjoy our morning coffee & family meals. We enjoyed grilling out and the beautiful sunsets. The property even had food trucks a few evenings with some live music one night. As long as you were out by 9-9:30 am (during spring break) there were enough beach chairs to claim.

We stayed at the 1010 Point of Rocks location in Siesta Key and it was fabulous - close to the beach and well maintained - highly recommended!

We stayed at the Banyan house in Siesta Key for a 3-couple family vacation. The house was well furnished, beds were comfortable and the pool was warm and refreshing! Enjoyed the outdoor patio and grilled our freshly caught fish on the BBQ. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Stayed 5 nights at point of rocks. Was a great choice. Condo was very clean with all essentials including beach towels and beach chairs. The host was very responsive when I had a question. Would definitely stay again!

Miserable experience, overpriced! everything had a price tag from more than the 2 provided (2! Lol!) extra towels, gross pool towels piled high, to using the washer as we were leaving to do THEIR sheets. Rudest experience of any high end agency i have used, will do everything i can to tell others in our online groups who to avoid at all costs

Absolutely perfect stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you could ask for-beach gear, a fully stocked kitchen, and great beds. The location couldn't be better close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Sarasota. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in making guests feel at home. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Beware of dealing with Altez Vacations. We booked one of their properties listed on AirBnb for a double birthday weekend with 12 people, paying nearly $2,000 for two nights. Unfortunately, the first night was completely ruined by a power outage and the host’s complete lack of preparation for emergencies. There were no working flashlights (despite being listed), no backup lighting, and both fire pits were nonfunctional. We had to walk nearly 20 minutes along dark mountain roads just to borrow candles from a neighbor — an unsafe and unacceptable situation for any guest. Our food spoiled, my med…

We are having a great time at our Dreamview Condo, this is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Very very nice view. Communication has been good. Would recommend and will return!

As a visitor to Siesta Key/Sarasota each year; I watched in sadness when the hurricanes came. Having a trip planned, we hoped to visit and help the economy of the area. We were informed at last minute of no pool in our rental. We were offered a new place, but Alex failed to be sure our vacation would meet standard. Promised a pool, pool was closed. We are not beach dwellers; only visitors and have to drive. Do your job! We pay for your service and the stay. You've ruined my vacation !

We had a pretty bad experience at Jamaica Royale in Siesta Key with this joke of a management company. I reviewed the bad experience accurately on VRBO after our stay and the host, Sean, apparently is a child and then rated US poorly as guests! Said we didn’t follow the rules, weren’t clean, etc. We were absolutely appalled by this! We are OUTSTANDING guests everywhere we have ever been around the world! The fact that instead of offering an apology or some compensation for booking a vacation based on fake reviews which caused us to stay in a mold infested condo with construction going on …

We rented a property through Altez Vacations in the Florida Sarasota Haven Townhouse community in March and April of 2024. Overall the property and the stay were very good, accept for one big thing. This property was posted as non pet friendly, however when we arrived we quickly found out that the home was dirty with a lot of pet hair, smells, etc. For pet people this would not have been a problem but for us with pet allergies this was a big problem. Second stay with Altez and they are really responsive and on top of things. Anthony is very good. Condo needs some updates but we like the location.
