Brian was very communicative with us regarding concerns and issues that arose on our property. We are out of state and could not be physically on property daily. He found a reputable buyer for my parents quickly and facilitated notary services for them while they were traveling to complete the sale.

Worked with Brian on the purchase of a property whom I met through the seller. The sale was seamless and everything was explained thoroughly up front.
