Working with Alex at ARC Group over the past year has been a great experience. He manages a rental property for me and has been quick to respond and has been a good intermediary. He deals directly with tenants so I can be hands off.

I cannot rate Alex and Arc Group highly enough. As far as property managers go he has by far been the best I dealt with. Fantastic communication and willingness to solve issues in a timely manner.

Arc has been outstanding to work with for property management. They made the entire process easy and provided excellent guidance as we rented out our first home. I highly recommend Arc to anyone looking for a team that is honest, responsive, and truly committed to your best interests.

Very unprofessional, left us without power for 7 days with no urgency to fix it. We only lived there 2 weeks it should've been inspected beforehand. Didn't offer to move us to a new apartment. Food got spoiled, we also have 2 animals with no AC in florida it is illegal. Refused to give us our deposit back until we threatned legal action. Do not recommend Alex and this company.
