Two years ago we decided it was time for a change in our property management company. We’re very happy that we selected Ascendia - top-notch staff and management who have always been willing to engage and listen to our ideas and concerns. As Owners we’ve experienced very high occupancy through long-term rentals. We’re very happy we switched to Ascendia and look forward to a long and rewarding partnership!

Our relationship with the Ascendia Group included property management of our condo followed by a successful selling of the same property. They deserve more than 5 stars for both sides of their business. Their personnel approached their jobs with professionalism. From the moment you walk in you notice how clean and spotless everything looks and how well stocked the cabinets are for all your beach needs! The location is perfect for anyone looking to be steps away from the beautiful beach, but have the convenience of the trolley right outside your door to take you into the town of siesta key. I truly feel at peace every time I have come here and can’t wait to go back!!

They are also super attentive during my stay and answer any questions I had during my vacation. P.S. the view of the sunset from the balcony is amazing!!

We had a wonderful time here. It was a perfect getaway from the New England cold weather. Our first time in Siesta Key and lovely. The condo was clean, perfectly located and had everything we needed.

A Slice of Paradise in Siesta Key! Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Steps from the powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters, every sunrise felt like a dream. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located for beach walks and sunset cocktails. We felt at home—and in heaven. Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed at Bikini Time last week and it was fantastic. Close enough to everything and we biked everywhere. The home was beautiful and having the pool and the lagoon was perfect. We even caught a few fish out back. I booked directly through thier website and it was super easy. I called Ascendia a day out from arrival to confirm details, and they great and very hospitalble!! My family absolutely loved our stay at Banyan Tree Beach House! It was exactly as described. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool was fantastic! It was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. The three bathrooms were a great bonus! This is our second time using Ascendia and I would definitely book through them again! Tristan is fantastic!!

The house itself was fine. I originally picked a house that was 200 ft from the beach but a few weeks before our arrival I was told that that house was being shown for a potential buyer and I had to pick another home. Of course the other ones were 5+ miles from the beach so we had to drive instead of conveniently walking (which I got a parking ticket my first day), and the drains stopped up a few days into our stay. They sent someone right away to fix it but never checked with us to make sure everything was ok again. Siesta Keys itself will get 5 stars from us.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Vitamin Sea property. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are too. The water pressure is great. It Has private beach access and extremely close to public beach access if the private beach access is flooded due to rain. We would definitely book another stay.

We had a wonderful holiday week at the Pink Flamingo property on Siesta Key! The salt water pool and hot tub were perfection! The Ascendia property management group were awesome too! We had some simple questions about the hot tub and the grill that were literally addressed in less than 20 minutes, it was impressive. The house is clean and nicely decorated, with all the kitchen items you need to make meals. I highly recommend staying here, we will 100% be back again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo was very clean and a good size for our family. I really liked the location of the condo being close to the middle of Siesta Key with easy travel in either direction. I would definitely come back in the future, it was great!!

Ascendia Group has come thru big time for me! This was during Helene and my problems were certainly not as bad as others but I did need help. Lauren at Ascendia got me my first condo on Siesta Key ;when the AC broke down due to the hurricane Lauren found me another at same rate! Plus, I needed an elevator and a pet friendly place! Not easy in Siesta Key with so much flooding. All was made extremely easy for me, even when I forgot items in first condo! Thanks Lauren!! Micki

Cute place within walking distance to St. Armands and the public beach access. The management team was extremely timely in getting the washer running after storm debris made it unusable. Would stay again. I didn't ask but would next time for the hot water temperature to be adjusted. It was slightly cold for me personally but was perfect temp of I was overheated from the beach

We rented a vacation home in Siesta Key through Ascendia, and we had a great experience! The rental company reached out upon booking, a few times after booking, and then the day prior to arrival, to ensure we were all set. The property was immaculately clean, and well-furnished. The only issue we had during the week was some ants mid-week, and they came almost immediately with ant traps, and asked us to let them know if we felt we needed pest control to come prior to our leaving. We were very impressed with their quick response! Thanks for a great vacation!

We have rented two different properties from Ascendia Group over the past 4 years. The staff is always very professional and courteous. The homes have been lovely cared for and well maintained. Upon arrival the properties are always clean and totally move in ready. Any issues we’ve had during our stay have been immediately addressed by the office or property maintenance staff. The concierge services they offer are also amazing. If you want a 5 star rental home in Siesta Key, use Ascendia !

This company is a complete rip off stay far far away. We love siesta key and have had amazing memories there year after year. This is the first year we stayed at the pink flamingo by ascendia group. This company is the biggest group of scam artist playing security deposit scams and offering amenities that do not exist at there locations. They remove their reviews from air bnb which is why they have only had one review in the years they existed on air bnb. The only review they have had in years is a good one go figure.
