This At The Helm Mangement company I would let run a school play ground. They have been managing Mirror Lakes condos for about 2 years and have done a disservice to the owners Bradington, FL .I have never ever experienced such chaos confusion right hand doesn’t know what the left hand doing. I own Condo’s around Bradington and I have never ever experienced such a lack of awareness . I can only pray that they want be staying long . If you looking for a managing company look elsewhere will be terribly disappointed

I have found one of the most professional office and personnel help with information about management of a HOA and advice on how a property should and could be done for a better community. I have had a very disappointing experience with this property management service. The owner is extremely unresponsive, which makes addressing any concerns nearly impossible. During the annual meeting, I was shocked to see last years approved budget that she presented was $3,349 higher than what we had approved last year. They tried to present it in a way showcasing that it will go down for next year. When I requested a copy of her contract to better understand what is included in her fees , she wouldn’t provide one. Kelly and her team At the Helm have been very helpful in getting all the wrongs corrected that had done for years. As a current homeowner and knowing all that is going on we are pleased to have At the Helm and Kelly working for us!! Kelly is very transparent and always available when needed.

It bothers me to even give them a one star as they took money out of my account for a special assessment without my permission. Don’t sign up for automatic withdrawals with this company. They didn’t even call me and warn me first and it caused my account to mess up because I wasn’t expecting it. The quality of how they take care of the condo association I live in is lacking at best.
