They handle everything in terms of day-to-day operations, leasing the property when it is vacant, and maintaining the property in a respectable rent-ready state. When there are larger issues that need to be addressed, such as an AC unit that needs replacing, they keep you informed while coordinating the work, making it about as painless as possible. The best place ever to live at . Very Quiet. Anything broken or need repair it gets fixed immediately and correctly. The owners are amazing people. They try their best to work with u if u have an issue. I love it back there . Westend Estate I would give 100 ⭐⭐⭐ if I could've.

Sharlo Condominiums has everything that one needs to move straight in. Spacious and comes with fireplace, dishwasher, stove, fridge and most importantly it comes with a washer/dryer combo. The price is competitive for units around this area. Quiet and safe.

BG Realty is fantastic fast paced moving company, with very respectful staff. I moved to lake Charles Louisiana from Gainesville Florida, and I highly recommend them. Ms.Kari will make sure to put you in the right home/ apartment, location that best fit you alone or if you have a family. I filled out my application, and got my keys to my newly renovated apartment within 7 days. Ask for Ms. Kari she goes above and beyond to make sure you're living comfortable in one of their homes/apartments.

Nicole is my rental rep and she does excellent. Maintenance request are answered promptly. Any issues at hand are handled and in timely manner. I really have nothing to complain about. I love it here

Neighbors are EXTREMELY loud . Seems as if it’s being done purposely. It’s loud from sun up to sun down . Continuous stomping like grown people are running back and forth like the apartment is a playground . I wake up out of my sleep because of it . I have to literally stand on the counter to get them to stop . The washer machines are being used improperly one of them is flooded with BLACK WATER & the dryer still has residents clothes inside of them . Overall a good place of living just loud neighbors and the upkeep of the laundry area . I Just want people to be considerate of others .
