I have rented co-working space on/off from Bold over the last 10 years and the facilities get better every year. Ryan Brady has been amazing manager - he’s extremely responsive and accommodating.

I would not rent Unit 313 at Bold Lofts again. My experience was largely impacted by what I found to be poor property management and a lack of building maintenance. The package room was a constant source of frustration. Packages would show as delivered, sometimes with photographic proof, yet locating them was difficult and management was often unresponsive when assistance was needed. The building itself is showing its age. Common areas appeared worn, with outdated carpeting and deferred cosmetic maintenance. When I moved into my unit, it was not in the condition I expected. I have recently moved into BOLD Lofts. Living here has been outstanding. The leasing agent Ryan B., and all of the staff have been exceptionally professional and courteous. Maintenance team = top notch. They all go above and beyond! The apartment was in immaculate condition upon move in, and everything was done to make the transition to living here go smoothly. Everything is very well maintained, clean, and it is so quiet! True luxury living here at Bold!

I have officially lived here for a month now and I can confidently say I am loving it so far! Hope was very patient and kind throughout the move in process and was able to get answers for any questions or concerns. Ryan also has been helpful in regard to an adjustment I had to make on my lease upon move in. I have a beautiful pool view and it’s overall pretty quiet throughout the complex. Overall, I am satisfied and happy with my decision to live here!

Today Maintenance Sup. JP repaired my running toilet. He explained the problem and the fix; which I found very helpful. JP was courteous and professional in every way. So happy we have him in the building.

UPDATING REVIEW -This is all due to the leasing process, not the actual facility. Everything is automated and I got NO heads up on anything, including a LATE FEE for a place I am not even occupying, which was thankfully waived by management. Oh, and I paid what I fairly owed, and yes, got a $25 credit card fee even though I have auto pay set up with my bank information. I would complain about that, but I am exhuasted, I surrender. I can’t say enough great things about the maintenance team Gustavo and JP, they truly go above and beyond for residents! While I was out of town, the maintenance team made sure my movers were able to access my apartment without any issues. Knowing they were willing to step in and help coordinate everything gave me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only responsive but genuinely cares about the residents. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Bold Lofts for several months during COID. The apartment was nice and the staff did a great job.

My husband and I lived at Bold Loft in a furnished apartment. We loved our time there while we waited to find a home . We enjoyed having a gym and a swimming pool along with work space next door as well. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown so you get to enjoy all Sarasota has to offer as well.

Absolutely love living at Bold! The location is unbeatable, walk to everything downtown. Love coming home to my reserved parking spot in the garage, the ease of access is great!

Bold lofts was a wonderful place to live when moving to Sarasota. Convenient location with easy walkability to downtown Sarasota and great amenities. Danielle made the move so easy and was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

1/5 absolutely do not recommend! This place is full of random Airbnb vacationers so there’s always some random family with crying babies in your space. The garage is open to the public so anyone can come in and the stairwells don’t require FOB access so literally anyone could just walk off the street and up to your front door. The dog park is a decent size but again anyone could walk through the garage and open the gate and use it even if they don’t live or work there. Only good thing about this place is the proximity to Main Street.

Living here was great! Apartment was clean and the amenities are solid. They also have great staff, s/o to Danielle for being so easy to work with!

Everyone in the Bold community has made this an exceptional place to live. When first moving in and every day since Danielle Wolowitz has helped make sure everyone felt safe and make this place their home. Besides the apartments being in a great location, they do have a few onsite amenities that make it worth it.

Great location to downtown Sarasota! Danielle was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and supported as I transitioned to my new apartment and always responds in a timely manner when I had questions!

🤬 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN Apt 433 🤬 AirBnB Rental for 2 weeks. Non-refundable. Now I know why. Renters Beware !!! Bedroom linens smelled of body odor & stained. Had to wash everything including the pillows. They were yellow. Disgusting. Ripped bedroom comforter. Broken bed in 1 bedroom, slates not properly secured with hardware. Stained bedroom rug. Stained living room couch. Dirty unusable cookware. Mixed match furniture. Hard old towels. Hair & mold in bathroom.
