Greats condo management company to work with!

Casey management has been a great partner for our HOA. Bridget, and John are professional, responsive, and always on top of things. Their communication is clear, and they make managing our community much easier. They are providing us with amazing service which we have not had in years. It is so refreshing to have a company that works with you as a community. Highly recommend.

Our community needed to find a property manager who would provide the services and support we desperately needed. A community near us that works with Casey Management gave them a very strong referral. After reviews and interviews, our BOD selected them for our community. While they are new for us, they have been professional, responsive, supportive and a great source of general information. Casey Management has been a godsend since taking over our community. Bridget is a very diligent and dedicated owner who crosses her T’s and dots her I’s. John, our manager is very professional, reliable and patient. They have been able to diffuse many intense interactions during meetings. They also have excellent clear communication and have been an asset to our community. I highly recommend them!

Casey Condo Management is an outstanding company… along with knowing how to handle the day to day issues that may arise in a community, they were exceptional during two back to back hurricanes. They conducted multiple Zoom meetings preparing board of directors on how to handle the various situations that arise from disasters. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Our association hired Casey Mgt in October 2023. It is probably the best decision we’ve made in my 5 years on our board. Their entire staff worked very hard helping us navigate a very difficult year with 2 major hurricanes in our area. Recommend this firm to anyone looking for a conscientious, professional, reliable and friendly management organization.

Megan and Bridget at Casey Condominium Management have been outstanding. While their service as a property management company has always been great, they have really shined when the chips were down. They have worked day and night to help our association recover from the storms. They are invaluable and I recommend them highly!

Six months in and they have been fantastic despite multiple natural disasters. Responsive, knowledgeable and effective, they are exactly what we needed.

When hurricane Ian hammered our community Casey Management was here on site to guide us through the mess. Our HOA was not directly affected by the hurricanes in 2024 but the staff at Casey Management still found time to answer our questions and handle our day to day business.

Horrible! They are responsible for my building management and it could not be worst, never take care of problems, paint falling, the 8 x 6 fence wall between my property and my neighbors was falling, I had propped up with a 4 x 4. I had explained to them that I was getting a tenant in the following month and I was afraid someone would get gutted. They never took care of it, I finally had to hire a men to do it. I have been yelled and made fun by Fred, the person that works for them and is in charge of my condominium. Really awful situation!

Terrible company! They will deny you service and then complain to you that something they are responsible to do, is not done! Property mismanagement is what they are extremely good at! Don’t give them a chance to mismanage your property! You will regret it!

I would highly recommend looking somewhere other than Casey Management. I live in a community where they manage our HOA and it's been a disaster.

I’ve been very pleased with the professionalism and the attention to detail shown by Casey Management’s Bridget Spence and John Shea. Our HOA has been navigating some challenging concerns and is currently unraveling some poor decisions made by current and past board directors—I believe the Casey team is going to successfully lead us back to solid ground.

I recently had a horrible experience with a John Battar, who is the manager of Casey Management property. He accused me of moving cameras at my community pool and laying out topless. I ask him to provide the video showing that I moved the camera, and he gave me a lame excuse that it would be time consuming to find it. Yes, you are right because it would take forever because I DID NOT move the camera. Then he proceeded to tell me that I moved a chair to block the view of the camera so that I couldn't be seen. Yes, I sure did because you are obviously watching me when I am at the pool. Wha…

Casey Management is a very strong management firm due to talented, experienced & dedicated local ownership. This is along with a reliable and generally very seasoned staff. Casey has avoided the staff turnover common in so many portfolio management companies. We are lucky to have them support the Board of our condo community and at a fair rate.

Our board made the decision to leave our former management company a year and a half ago. We interviewed many firms before selecting Casey Condominium Management and we know we made the right decision. Bridget and her entire team are professional, response, and extremely knowledgeable of condo law and local regulations. During the 2024 hurricanes our property probably received the least amount of damage than any of the beach front properties they manage.
