DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND DEFINITELY DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!! Rented a condo in Sarasota from them for 9 years when I first moved in they actually cared about the property and would do yearly walk throughs and kept up with maintenance. At the end they were the laziest crooked property managers to deal with, I had a leaking water heater that took my agent Diane Skelley 2 weeks to replace because “they were shopping around” when I had the dishwasher replaced I asked the tech they sent how old it was and he said between 20 to 30 years old which means all the appliances and fixtures…

Central Park Property Management is the worst company to rent from. The renters are taken to the cleaners when they move out.We were very disappointed in the way they deduct for the replacement of rotted window blinds which have never been replaced from when first built, missing lightbulbs that were never in there to begin with, the carpet in the bedroom and staircase were torn and worn out from years of tenants of which was never replaced, just cleaned by a professional and also deducted from our deposit. When requesting repairs, they will wait weeks before they get back to you and never fix …

BUYER/RENTER beware! We recently moved from Atlanta to Bradenton and found a rental home with Central Park Realty. My wife and I spoke with Ana Fernandez the acting agent/property manager. We shared our daughter has medical needs and needed to make sure the home was clean and free of mold and mildew. We were ASSURED the house was clean and no moisture issues. We signed the lease sight unseen and moved down. We arrived to find the house NOT as advertised.
