For the past year, since Civix have assumed management of my condo association, absolutely nothing has been achieved. Work is at a standstill and the buildings are looking worn and neglected. Significant termite damage to buildings has been left untreated and our HOA fees have increased $300 a month with nothing to show for it. It is very unfortunate that the Board appointed Civix to manage the association. They get one star for responding to emails but those responses are very unpleasant. NO response for several days for requesting HOA statement

We were one of the first Associations to choose Civix Property Management. We had over 15 years of experience with Kevin Wiegand, as our property manager, and knew of his vision for a boutique style of management company. A "hands on" local company who really could know and understand the uniqueness of the clients. We have been very proud to call Civix our property management company! We have a great partnership.

The ABSOLUTE worst management (there’s no managing going on there!) company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in our community of Riomar~ come take a good look here if you are considering hiring them~ we look like a rundown non~ managed community. For the past 2 years after hiring this company, we have had numerous complaints sent with pictures of violations to NO AVAIL~ no one responded aside from “we will address this at the next meeting” NEVER HAPPENED~ BEWARE
