Our association consistently improved when Communique joined us. Maureen is very experienced & quick to respond on priorities. She provided guidance to our Treasurer, who in conjunction with our attorney, helped us settle four foreclosures. We hired Communique Association Management over a year ago and Maureen worked hard to make a smooth seamless transition from our previous management company. I've been a certified board member of my condo association for 8 years. I was trying to help my parents with an issue they were having with their HOA (0 notifications and occasionally accessing the back of the property without request, obtaining a review of financials since their fees increased ~50% without proper notification via mail, pretty standard HOA business). They're trying to put a lien on my property somehow last year's $400 payment didn't get paid tried to pay it this year and they wouldn't let me pay because they're trying to get me out of my house! The lawyers fees for sending out certified letters that no one at this address has signed are almost as much as the two years of dues ! I went to go to the management office in person today and their address is a PO Box in a plaza a half a mile from my house !!! It's been brought to my attention that it's race related!! Maureen has such extensive knowledge and experience managing associations! I don't know how our HOA would ever get by without her. Dismissive, poor communication and not for the first time. The gate to our complex, which is very frequently out of order, was out of order last night and all day today. I called multiple times, because we could not get in, and was being told that it must only be me, asked to confirm my code (I’ve lived here 3 years, I didn’t suddenly forget my code) and even my barcode was not working. I sat in a line of cars four separate times trying to get in to the complex. But every time I called I was being told it looks like the gate is working on there end. Unprofessional with selective violation enforcement and no return calls. Nasty and behave like you work for the BOARD Not the residents.is this the way to provide SERVICE? Who pays YOU?
