This management group has been the most responsive, professional, competent, and communicative that I, as a homeowner and Realtor, have experienced in the 20 years I have owned a home in this community. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

HOA violation is that I have weeds on the sidewalks and driveway. Are the weeds here in the photo?! I have a landscaper that comes every other week to service my home and the one across the street. Yet I have HOA violations for weeds that don’t exist? These people are scammers or are someone keeps getting addresses wrong

I noticed that the HOA's board like this company but the HOA owners don't. I am a owner so I fall in the category where I do not like this company. I can believe the ex employee comments regarding how they are train to say the manager is not available because that is the message I get all of the time, and of course THE MANAGER NEVER RETURNS CALLS. NEVER IN OUR 4-5 YEARS HERE DID SHE RETURN A CALL. it is so frustrating and we are not complainers. This is a property management company that oversees many HOA's in the area. We have had an ongoing issue for more than 2 years, and nothing gets done about it, even contacting the president of our HOA does no good. There's an island of overgrown foliage on Club Manor Drive, between 337 and 335. Staff is always friendly, but never any progress, even with the manager.
