Compass secured a 6 mth rental for our Villa, in The Plantation Venice, off season.We had a week to get it ready and we live out of state. Not only did Elaine, at Compass get paperwork done in a timely matter but went to the rental herself and changed batteries, trimmed the entrance way of overgrown shrubs, sprayed weeds and had the interior cleaning touched up to be its best. tbis property management and HOA at 102 Capri isle Blvd in venice is horrible They advertise an elevator which has been out of service for over a month. With no other way for the disabled to get up.and down. My 82 year old mother and 93 year old father rented on the 2nd floor because of the elevator, it takes them one door away from.their apartment. My dad struggles immensely to walk and has COPD, which means he struggles to breathe after walking a few steps.
