My condo is not being maintained. They told me to hire a lawyer!

We are paying twice as much and getting worse service. It took a month to get a response to an email regarding a potentially dangerous structural issue that had been submitted in the Condominium Associates portal on March 1. (I originally told the Board President about it on February 2nd.) Nearly 3 months of waiting and someone finally came to inspect it - bad concrete on a 2nd floor landing with moisture and rust seeping up from the slab. Tomorrow is July 1st. Our condo association just signed on with this new management company and they requested an Emergency Contact Form which I completed and returned. Within the hour, Marsha sent me a confirmation of receipt. That's customer service!!

Marsha was very efficient to send me a copy of the HOA insurance for my mortgage company. I received the copy the next day.

We are a new condo association with Moore Management and as a Condo Board Member I have had numerous issues and questions and Julie Babcock has been fantastic at correcting issues and answering any of my questions, Thank You Julie.

Condominium Associates originally had me uncertain when they first took over my mother’s complex. I can happily say now, I am very pleased. The on-site staff is efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and proactive. Way to go Condominium Associates, specifically Blake Nieswand and Bridget Thomas.

We’ve owned The Beacon on Third over 20 years and Jeff is by far the best manager by a mile. 5 stars.

Jeff Stradone, Community Manager at The Beacon on 3rd Street Condominium, is the best. We are an older building, regardless of the project, problem, or question, Jeff can be counted on to cover all the bases.

My condominium HOA recently switched to this company. Originally I had it at a one star since nobody had any idea what was going on for the first 3 months. Since then, the best help I've had is from Stephanie Smith, a customer service representative who recently helped me with communication. Because of her this company receives an extra two stars. Thank you for the extra faith you've given me in this company, Stephanie. Hopefully things will get better.

These people are a total disgrace. I've been waiting more than two months for approval to put a screen on my terrace, and I don't know how much longer the wait will be. We'll have to wait months for something that doesn't harm anyone or violate any space. It's a disgrace. If I had known these people were like this, I would never have bought a property where they had the authority to decide what you can or can't do in your home. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away.

Staff is very helpful in getting issues resolved. I had a tenant signing new lease that needed to be approved rather quickly. Helem assisted in contacting the appropriate people to get this approved in a timely manner. Very professional and kept me informed.

Excellent follow up and resolution with an accounting problem which required a refund. Their Acounts Recrivable department resolved the problem and refunded my over payment in a timely manner. Samantha Sampor is a super star on the accounts receivable team. Once placed into her capable hands she was able to resolve a multi-year issue for one of our owners, in a few days. Very diligent and great communication to both the owner and the Association.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Worst Association company to deal with in all my years of homeownership..Definitely review the association details before purchasing a home and knowing your getting yourself into dealing with a company that is unresponsive, unethical, empathic, and seeks to drain fees out of their residence for no just reasons. I pray that soon our fellow brothers in the political justice system hold them accountable for legal fees. You have been warned. Keila Ruiz was awesome at expediting a last minute monthly rental for our property due to a situation that preventing us from coming in February. Her communication with me was way above average thank you Keila.

As treasurer of our association, I want to personally thank Sharon Ripple for all her time and energy solving a problem with one of our owner’s account.

Keila Ruiz responded within a day by emailing our board at Shipwatch 2 an application from a renter. The lease begins in 13 days, so there was a need for quick action.

I have worked with Condominium Associates as a vendor for the many properties they manage years. I highly recommend them as they operate as a professional, efficient community management organization. They get the job done. I have owned a unit at The Beacon on Third for 14 years and can’t say enough about Jeff Stradone and his staff. Besides the everyday issues that arise, they have successfully completed several large projects. Mr Stradone is easy to contact, responds quickly and works tirelessly to keep things running smoothly.

Recently, I had some questions and was informed we have a new admin. Keila emailed me and I was able to get the information that I needed. Thank you for your help. At an earlier time I sent an email to ask about the rental process. Emily emailed me back the same day with all the information and a link to where the information is located on the website. Annie Marlow has had a huge task in working with our condo board and taking over from our past management company. We need her guidance, and experience. She is always available and pleasant whenever I have had a question. She has bent over backwards trying to get our members to utilize the web site, making herself available multiple times to assist in this endeavor.

We had SEVERAL different Mgt Companies before using Condominium Associates. Like with any partnership, it has its ups and downs as you get to know exactly how your specific HOA is being ran and/or the changes in how your Board needs it to be ran. Condo Associates was very open to any and all changes we needed made and so far things are going wonderfully. Our CAM Annie is amazing, hard working, EXTREMELY responsive and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with how things are going and hope to have a long standing future relationship with Condo Associates.

Keila - Admin assistant for Bay Isles has been super responsive in getting the information I need to get great tenants in this community! Her customer service skills are wonderful - a true professional!

Like all businesses in this post Covid era, employees are hard to find. Having said that, I've found CA to be asresponsive and willing to listen as possible. Our Community only moved to Condominium Associates (AKA under 3 different business names) in May of this year. Every single monthly fee has been "messed up" (mostly removed by them AFTER PAYMENT as I made copies of all my receipts through the payment portal and their email receipts acknowledging payments through the use of their online payment portal). I have never been late on a payment, missed a payment or did a stop payment on my condo fees yet I am accused every month and numerous fees are added to my account every single month. Our property manager is a Condominium Associates employee, and she is of the highest caliber. She is highly knowledgeable about condominium statutes and rules. But she also brings a huge amount of practical knowledge on all the aspects of running this type of association. CA brought her to our attention when we needed a property manager, and we are SO THRILLED that they did.

My experience with Condominium Associates has been beyond frustrating. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and getting a straight answer from anyone seems nearly impossible. Accountability appears to be nonexistent. I have experienced ongoing issues with charges and funds being applied to my account that should never have been taken, yet trying to get clarity or resolution has resulted in nothing but the runaround. Very poor communication. Calls are not returned, emails go unanswered, and follow-up is virtually nonexistent. We spent weeks trying to get simple questions addressed and repeatedly had to initiate contact ourselves. The lack of responsiveness and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a very pleasant experience this morning coordinating and speaking w/ Ms. Camila Henao concern a water leak in my bathroom possibly coming from one of the many units above me. Ms. Henao was very professional, efficient and friendly in setting up a work order for a leak detection team to come out and track down the problem.

I put a work order in regarding hurricane damage that my insurance company deemed as the responsibility of the HOA. A little over 2 weeks later I followed up to Condominium Associates to see what the status of the work order was. An hour or so after I sent the follow up email, I noticed the status of the work order changed to “closed” due to “drywall not damaged”. I contacted them as I indeed do have drywall damage and water still in the walls. I let them know that, and I wanted to know how they reached this conclusion. Marsha was nice and listened to my request. She promptly asked if I could leave her a 5 star review on Google and I did as she said that she was going to help me out. This was in October, it is December and my issue has not been resolved and I have another issue that is in regards to tripping over a fallen light post due to the hurricane that is still on the ground and nothing has been done about it. Luckily I was not injured but I am afraid for others. Ive filled out the forms several times and emails have not had any results.

I recently had sewage back up into my guestroom tub and master bathroom shower. It was a Friday night about 8:00PM when I discovered it. It was as high as the step in the shower and 4" in the tub. Very nasty water filled with sewage, hair, pieces of tree bark, etc. I tried using my shop vac, but it continued to fill back up. His level of caring, competence, and “can-do“ spirit reflect a multiplicity of impressive skillsets and companionable, if not convivial personality traits. We were able to evacuate out of Tampa at the midnight hour. After reviewing photos sent to me, I needed to submit a repair ticket. Due to location, I was unable to submit Mt report. Marsha Rigney was kind enough to assist and submit my tickets without any issues. Thanks Marsha!

We’ve lived at The Beacon for the last four years as snowbirds. We feel very fortunate to live in such a well organized and well maintained building right in downtown St. Pete. What is really impressive is that three people thru their hard work & commitment somehow manage to keep the building exceptionally clean & operating smoothly. Vanessa, Eddie and Mirsad all go beyond what is expected to be helpful & responsive. Plus they are incredibly nice & thoughtful. German Roach issue at Bay Island not being taken care of.The problem has existed since July 11th 2024. Very little follow through from the property manager (Sunday). The Condominium Associates management and staff at our 186 unit condominium continue to work hard every day to make our building as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Bobbie Turnbeaugh took over as our LCAM in June and has done an excellent job of beoming familiar with some major projects going on at our condo in a timely fashion. She is quick to respond to resident questions and works well with them. She is a valuable asset to our team.
